“Très bon hôtel avec peu de chambres, un accès direct à une plage accessible à marée basse moyennant quelques efforts car 15 min à pied avec du dénivelé mais cela vaut le détour vous serez seul, cave à visiter au fond de la plage de sable noir avec pas mal de vagues. “Su una spiaggia bellissima con sabbia bianca. Bastava camminare 5 minuti per trovare un pezzo di spiaggia deserta. E' una bella struttura, con grandi camere moderne ma senza atmosfera: enorme e con migliaia di americani che stazionano in piscina alla ricerca di drink gratis. Non è il genere di albergo che ci piace anche se sapevamo che non era un boutique hotel. Grande varietà di cibo di buona qualità.”

“We had minor issues with AC being always on, and the thermostats not kicking in. There was also a clog in the AC unit and cause leaking from the ceiling. The road to the resort needs work. There is a 10 minute stretch that’s really nerve wracking if you are coming in for the first time when it’s dark, and you worry about the damage to the vehicle. Other than that, it’s a great place and does deserve all the 5-stars. ”

“ We had a wonderful time at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Everyone from golf cart driver to cleaning services greeted us with a smile and kindness. The pools were clean and had activities. The gym was functional and spa was relaxing. Additionally, all staff were attentive and knowledgable. Yeraly was great and Steven helped immensely with restaurant reservations. The guest services were great at accommodating any request. Overall, beautiful scenery and an amazing stay.”

“We had good time gloria took us for lapas lapario tour which was good experience and we had to move our last night from barcelo tambor a barcelo san jose.. we got helped by staff name Juvenal ortiz roman an abigail from front office.. and it saved our flight from missing.. it was great experience..it was our 3rd stay in 3rd country with Bercelo hotels. Suggestions more options in vegetarian and other food options would be nice..”
